takes you step-by-step through the entrepreneurial journey, providing you with actionable
content, templates, and tools to build and refine a fully researched and tested business plan.

Participants will explore five key modules that mirror the entrepreneurial process, gaining the
knowledge and skills necessary to confidently launch their ventures. By the end of the program,
you’ll have a clear, professional business plan that reflects your entrepreneurial vision and sets
the foundation for success.

Flexible Hybrid Format for Your Convenience
The FastTrac program will be delivered in a hybrid format, combining the best of in-person and
virtual learning.

Kickoff and Capstone Sessions: All participants are required to attend the first and last
sessions in person.

Weekly Classes: Classes will meet every Wednesday from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Launch
Fayette and online, allowing you to choose the format that works best for you.

This 30-hour program includes facilitated classroom discussions and requires approximately
60-90 minutes of pre-class preparation each week, which includes online video lessons and
practical assignments. By the end of the course, all your completed assignments will come
together in the FastTrac system to produce a polished business plan for your startup.
