Many startups fail not because the founders lack passion or intelligence, but because they build something customers don’t actually need. Too many entrepreneurs fall in love with an idea before they truly understand the customer.
This hands-on workshop focuses on one of the most critical concepts in entrepreneurship: product-market fit. Through real examples and practical exercises, we’ll learn how to uncover true customer pain points, conduct effective discovery interviews, test assumptions, and refine ideas based on real feedback.
If you want to build something people actually adopt — not just something you think is great — this session will give you the tools to do it.
