Ray Bruce is a serial entrepreneur, business advisor/coach/consultant, and former university professor who is currently serving as an ‘Entrepreneur in Residence’ with Launch Fayette.
“The 8 Keys to Health For your Business” has evolved over his more than 50 years of serving customers in a wide variety of businesses, ranging from retail to manufacturing and from multi-location hospitality to education. Additionally, he has experience as an entrepreneur in multiple states in the US, as well as in Canada and Mexico.
Ray’s passion at Launch Fayette is to help individuals realize their vision for a business, whether it is currently just an idea or has become a burden of daily demands on their time and energy. His experience is that a small business is like a machine with multiple parts that can be configured for the specific use its owner has for it. His approach focuses on profit rather than income…and converts a passion into an asset that will build and sustain a freedom of choice for the business owner in how he or she spends their time in the future.
“The 8 Keys To Health For Your Business” provides a structure for understanding the reality of what most small business owners face and why so many fail or lose their passion in the process of chasing a sustainable income. If you have a vision for a business that excites you, a business, or strategic plan that you’ve written and are beginning to implement, or you may be currently struggling to keep your enthusiasm for the business your vision has become…your time will be well spent participating in this hands-on workshop.
