AI for HR is a hands-on, three-hour workshop for HR and talent teams who want to hand the repetitive work over to Microsoft Copilot - so your people can spend more of their time on the human side of the job.
Working from your own job descriptions, calendars, and inboxes, you'll build real Copilot workflows for writing job descriptions, scheduling, screening prep, and candidate follow-up - and have them running before you leave the room. You'll set clear guardrails for what AI handles and what stays human, and walk out with a one-page scorecard you can put in front of leadership to show the hours you're getting back.
Most teams save at least an hour per desk each week - often closer to three - with full payback inside a month. FM has run these sessions for teams at Trilith Studios, Avis International, and Georgia State University.
