Self-awareness becomes leadership effectiveness when we learn to adapt.

In this highly practical session, participants will learn to recognize the needs and tendencies of different DiSC styles and adjust their communication accordingly. We’ll explore how differences in pace, priorities, communication, and approach can create misunderstanding—and how small shifts in our own behavior can dramatically improve connection.

Participants will practice strategies for communicating across styles, navigating differences, and building stronger, more productive workplace relationships—without sacrificing authenticity.

Facilitated by Sara Bordeaux, PurposedHR will introduce Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ and how understanding behavioral and communication styles can help leaders better understand themselves, recognize the needs of others, and adapt to build stronger workplace relationships.
