As a business owner, you’re always looking for ways to improve your operations and increase profits. One of the most important tools available to you is financial statements. These documents provide a snapshot of your company’s financial health, allowing you to make informed decisions about everything from investments to hiring practices. 

This short course outlines a process to read and understand the financial statements for
a company or organization. The course consists of classroom presentations and discussion, along with in-class work sessions. Each student will receive the class workbook and worksheets in both hard copy and electronic format for your use in the class and after. By the end of the session, you will be understand the key financial statements for your business, including Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement. And, be able to make decisions that positively impact your results!

Bryan Preston, the CEO of Gaelic Business Solutions, is a seasoned C-Suite executive and strategic advisor with over 35 years of experience guiding organizations through complex business challenges and transformational growth. He has led efforts to enter new markets and revitalize underperforming segments, divest non-strategic business lines, and align organizational capabilities. He has a track record of creating and executing strategic plans across business disciplines.

Bryan is also an executive coach for corporate executives and business owners. He holds a degree in Quantitative Economics from Framingham State University and enjoys spending time with his family in the Atlanta area.
