Discover how Gallup CliftonStrengths, a research-based assessment developed from decades of Gallup research on human potential, helps individuals understand their natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving—and turn them into strengths for greater engagement and performance.

Participants will explore the impact of strengths-based development in professional settings. Participants will identify the core concepts of CliftonStrengths, recognize how their natural talents can influence communication, collaboration, and performance, and apply strengths-based thinking to their work; those who have taken the assessment will deepen their understanding of their results.
