Leadership begins with understanding yourself, but effective leadership also requires understanding how others may think, communicate, and respond differently than you do. In this introductory session, participants will explore three complementary approaches to self-awareness and leadership development.

Participants will leave with a foundation for the series and a clearer understanding of how greater self-awareness can strengthen leadership, communication, relationships, and performance.

Taking the related assessment prior to each session is recommended for the most personalized learning experience, but not required.  Each presenter will provide the opportunity to participate in their given assessment.
