Overview:
A great website shouldn’t just look good — it should generate revenue. In this workshop, business owners and founders will learn how to transform their website into a conversion-driven growth engine using clarity-focused messaging, user-experience fundamentals, and a proven story-based communication framework. Whether a site is brand new or five years old, attendees will identify friction points, improve user flow, and leave with a clear plan for turning more visitors into paying customers.
This short course walks participants through real-world website examples, message development exercises, and live conversion-focused critiques. Each business will complete a Website Self-Audit along with a Message Mapping framework to rewrite critical homepage elements for better engagement, trust, and action. The session blends presentation, guided workbook activity, and hands-on implementation so attendees walk out with work done — not just notes.
By the end of the workshop, participants will have:
• A homepage message map (Hero → Problem → Guide → Plan → Stakes → Success)
• A completed website audit identifying missed conversion opportunities
• 3–5 actionable improvements they can apply within days
• A repeatable framework for turning traffic into measurable results
