The 84% Company: Building A Business Where Agents Do The Work
Everyone's talking about AI. Almost no one has actually changed how their business runs because of it. What if you could?
In The 84% Company, FM co-founder Timothy Visconti tells the story of how one operator went from roughly 631 manual tasks a day to fewer than 100 — an 84% cut — by rebuilding the business around AI instead of just bolting it on. He'll pull back the curtain on FM's own operating system: the specific workflows they handed off to AI, the "overnight engine" that gets work done while the team sleeps, and the simple "voice in, AI produces, human approves" model that lets a small team move like a big one. You'll leave with a practical starting point — one workflow, one tool, one metric — that you can put to work Monday morning.
This one's for founders, small business owners, and operators who are tired of the AI hype and want to know where it actually lands in a real business — whether you're just AI-curious or already experimenting.
Timothy Visconti is co-founder of FM, where he builds AI-native companies and helps other leaders do the same — turning AI from experiment into everyday operation. He previously founded and scaled the award-winning workforce firm PeopleLift and has spent 20 years helping bold organizations build what's next.
