Presented by Wendy Kinney
What if growing your business didn’t feel like selling at all?
At the May StartUp Fayette event, Wendy Kinney will introduce a refreshing approach to business development one that replaces pressure and awkward networking with clarity, consistency, and genuine connection.
In Sent, Not Sold, Wendy reframes the way professionals think about generating business. Instead of chasing opportunities, she’ll show how to create a system where business naturally comes to you. Drawing from years of experience and deep study in marketing, referrals, and human behavior, Wendy will break down how relevance, follow-through, and consistent communication build trust and ultimately drive revenue.
Attendees will learn how to move beyond surface-level networking, create meaningful conversations, and develop habits that lead to predictable business growth. This session is especially valuable for entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals who want to grow their business without feeling pushy or sales-driven.
As highlighted in her framework, relationships consistently outperform transactions, and when done right, conversations turn into real opportunities.
🍕 Pizza will be provided.
