Sara Bordeaux, PurposedHR will introduce Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ and how understanding behavioral and communication styles can help leaders better understand themselves, recognize the needs of others, and adapt to build stronger workplace relationships.

In this session, participants will explore the four main personality styles and will build greater awareness of their own natural style, consider how that style may be experienced by others, and begin recognizing the different communication needs represented in the workplace.

The goal is not to change who you are, but to become more intentional about how you show up as a leader.
