Participants will explore the workplace priorities connected to their DiSC style, identify areas that come naturally and those that may require more effort, and consider how their own drivers influence decisions, communication, and relationships.

Greater awareness of what drives us—and what drives others—helps leaders respond with greater flexibility rather than assuming everyone approaches work the same way.
